Snowboard Sales & Customer Service — Live, Breathe, Ride
If you know your way around a snowboard setup and love connecting with people, this one’s for you. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, match riders with the perfect gear, and work hands-on with leading brands like Jones, YES., Lib Tech, Burton, and Salomon. Attention to detail, product knowledge, and initiative are key. You’ll also be involved in merchandising, waxing, and helping shape our product offering each season.
Digital & Social Media Lead — Build, Create, Grow
We’re searching for a creative with drive, initiative, and a love for storytelling. You’ll help manage and grow Twelve’s digital footprint across social media, YouTube, website content, and Klaviyo campaigns. From planning content to executing campaigns that drive sales and community engagement, you’ll have the freedom to make the role your own. Perfect for someone ready to build a portfolio, showcase their skills, and help define how Twelve connects with riders online.
General & In-Store Crew — Keep the Stoke Alive
This role is for those who love a bit of everything: customer service, merchandising, stock management, and keeping the store running smoothly. You’ll learn the ins and outs of retail, work with top-tier products, and be part of a supportive, passionate team. Initiative, reliability, and enthusiasm go a long way here.
