The Vista Dual BOA® is Salomon's freeride and all-mountain boot built for advanced women riders who want precise fit, genuine support, and the confidence to push into serious terrain. From the inside out, it's engineered around the Precision Harness™ 2.0 — an internal system integrated directly into the lacing that wraps the forefoot and locks down the heel and ankle for a fully enveloped, articulated fit that eliminates slop and maximises power transfer. H4/M3 Dual Zone BOA® Fit System
Two separate dials and lace paths work with the boot's cuff to isolate fit into two distinct zones. The upper H4 dial controls the cuff, dialling in flex and stability from the ankle up. The lower M3 dial locks in the forefoot zone independently for a secure, wrapped fit at the foot. Adjust each zone separately to find your exact balance of support and comfort — tighten the upper for maximum response and cuff stiffness, fine-tune the lower for forefoot comfort over long days, or lock both zones evenly for a symmetrical, fully engaged feel throughout. TX3 BOA® laces run both paths, and both dials adjust on the fly with gloves on.

What size should I order?
Salomon recommends checking the size guide for the Vista — sizing can vary slightly between models and it's worth confirming before ordering. As a general rule, snowboard boots should feel noticeably snug out of the box: toes lightly brushing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel sitting down with minimal lift. Once you flex into a riding stance your toes ease back and the boot wraps your foot properly. A boot that feels comfortable standing in a shop will be sloppy on the mountain. If you're between sizes, the half size down is usually the right call. Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?
Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: checking shell fit, measuring your foot, and heat moulding your Precision Liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. Full Custom Fit™ foam responds thoroughly to heat moulding, and combined with the Precision Harness™ 2.0, the result is a boot that feels genuinely dialled from run one. What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?

The Vista's dual BOA® zones and Precision Harness™ give a lot of room to dial in fit issues before swapping sizes — many apparent problems can be resolved with zone-specific adjustments or a heat mould. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.

About Snowboard Boots — Buying Guide
Snowboard boots are the most important part of your setup. They connect you to your board, affect your control, comfort, warmth and how much energy you burn across a full day on the hill. Getting the fit right is everything — a boot that fits correctly makes riding easier from your first run. A boot that doesn't will ruin your day regardless of how good the board underneath it is. At Twelve Board Store we fit hundreds of riders every season across brands including Vans, Burton, K2, Ride, ThirtyTwo and DC. Every boot in our range has been ridden and assessed by our team. We only stock boots we'd recommend to our own crew.
Getting your size right online: Measure your foot in centimetres while standing with full weight — this is your Mondo size, the most accurate way to find your boot size. Snowboard boots use US sizing. 25cm = US7, 26cm = US8, 27cm = US9, 28cm = US10, 29cm = US11, 30cm = US12. Boots should feel snug straight out of the box — toes grazing the end when standing, lifting slightly when knees bend forward. A boot that feels comfortable in your lounge room is too big for the mountain.
Volume matters as much as length: Low volume boots suit narrow, low-arch feet. High volume suits wide feet or high arches. Getting volume wrong causes pressure and pain regardless of length. If you're between sizes or have a wide foot, contact us before you buy — we'll point you to the right boot.
Flex rating: Soft (1–4) for beginners, park riders and those who want a surfy, forgiving feel. Medium (5–7) for all-mountain versatility. Stiff (8–10) for aggressive freeride, carving and riders who want direct response and maximum support.
Closure systems: Traditional lace is still the most popular — micro-adjustable, direct feel, lower price point. BOA® dial gives you one-hand precision tightening with gloves on, fast on/off between runs. Hybrid BOA combines lace at the foot with a dial at the instep for zone-by-zone control. Speed lace is faster than traditional lace and lighter than BOA.
