Burton Men's GORE-TEX Glove 2026 | Grey Heather
Warm. Dry. Every Lap.
Your hands cop more weather than any other part of you. The Burton Men's GORE-TEX Glove is the set-and-forget option for riders who go out regardless of what the forecast says — a genuinely waterproof, properly insulated glove that still lets you buckle a binding, zip a pocket and check your phone without pulling it off.
GORE-TEX Plus Warm sits behind a DRYRIDE 2-layer shell, so you get the full GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY™ waterproofing plus dedicated insulation built into the laminate — warmth that holds up through a wet spring day at Buller as well as a cold morning in Hakuba. Breathable ThermacoreECO insulation does the heavy lifting for heat without the marshmallow bulk, and it's made from 95% recycled materials.
The fit is where these earn their keep. An ergonomic pre-curved shape means they're already in a natural grip position, so there's no fighting the glove every time you grab a chairlift bar. The extended storm cuff pulls over your jacket sleeve and seals out anything the day throws at you, and a brushed microfiber lining keeps the inside soft against the skin. Screen Grab fingers, a heater pocket, a soft nose wipe on the thumb and a removable wrist leash round it out.
Why Ride the Burton GORE-TEX Glove?
✅ GORE-TEX Plus Warm – Waterproof, breathable and insulated in one laminate. Guaranteed to keep you dry.
✅ ThermacoreECO Insulation – Serious warmth without bulk, using 95% recycled materials.

✅ Brushed Microfiber Lining – Soft, warm and comfortable straight out of the box.
✅ Soft Nose Wipe – On the thumb, where you'll actually use it.
✅ Removable Wrist Leash – Keeps them attached when you take them off on the lift.
✅ D-Ring and Hook – Clip them to your pack or your pants between runs.

FAQs
Over-cuff or under-cuff — which should I be buying?
This is the over-cuff version, meaning the storm cuff pulls over the outside of your jacket sleeve. It's the better call for deep days, powder and anyone who ends up in the snow regularly, because there's no gap for snow to work its way into. Under-cuff gloves tuck inside the sleeve and sit lower profile, which some riders prefer for a cleaner look and easier layering. If you ride Japan, or you ride Australian resorts on the wetter days, go over-cuff.
Are these warm enough for Australian resorts and for Japan?
Yes to both. GORE-TEX Plus Warm is built for genuinely cold and wet conditions, so it's more glove than most people need for a mild day at Perisher — but that's the point. It handles a soaking spring day at Buller and a -15°C morning in Hokkaido without you needing a second pair. If you run hot or ride mostly in spring slush, tell us and we'll point you at something lighter.
How should these fit?
Snug at the fingertips with a small amount of air at the very end — around 3-5mm. Too much room and your hands can't warm the dead space, which is the single most common reason people think a glove "isn't warm." Too tight and you cut circulation, which is worse again. If you're between sizes, size down rather than up. Come into the Richmond showroom and we'll get you in the right pair.

ABOUT BURTON SNOWBOARDS - 2027 RANGE
Burton Snowboards was founded by Jake Burton Carpenter in 1977 in a Vermont barn with a single obsession: make snowboarding a real sport. Nearly 50 years later, Burton is still independently owned, still rider-led, and still the most influential snowboard company on the planet. Jake passed away in 2019 and Donna Burton Carpenter continues to lead the company with the same conviction he built it on.
The 2027 Burton range at Twelve Board Store covers the full spectrum — the Custom Camber, Custom Flying V, Custom X and Process Pure Pop for men, the Feelgood Camber, Feelgood Flying V, Yeasayer Flying V and Yeasayer Pure Pop for women, plus the Family Tree series for riders who want something more unique. Every Burton Re:Flex binding we sell fits every snowboard in our store — Burton, YES., Jones, Nitro, Lib Tech and every other brand we carry. No compatibility worries, no checking specs. Buy the board you want, buy the bindings you want.
Burton Step On® is available across boards, boots and bindings — three contact points, one step per foot, no straps. If you do resort laps it changes your day completely. Burton [AK] outerwear is also available in-store and online, built around Gore-Tex Pro for riders who need serious protection in serious conditions.
Twelve Board Store is an authorised Burton dealer. Call us on 03 9421 2293, visit us at 435A Bridge Road Richmond, or contact us online.
