The legacy of Sims is built upon bridging the gap between skate and snow. No one embodied this more than Noah Salasnek. 30 years later, we celebrate the iconic 93 Salasnek graphic on our Mystery Lunch platform. Featuring 90’s inspired early rise tip and tail, paired with traditional camber and long effective edge make this the perfect shape to bomb skate mountain. NUB'93 has the same shape as MYSTERY LUNCH. The original NUB, ridden by Noah Salasneck, was released in 1993 and was the most influential board of its time, and will no doubt remain a board that will forever shine at SIMS. Noah Salasnek is a rider who changed history, and SIMS is proud to continue to spread what we have inherited from him in the world of snowboarding.
Noah Salanék burst into the snowboard scene at a critical time in the 90's and brought the skate style flare. He was a pioneer, had crazy style who drew so many people in this lifestyle through his epic video parts in Fall Line Films, Standard Films, and Mack Dawg Productions. His iconic skate truck graphic literaslly connected skateboarding and snowboarding. Noah passed away in 2017 after a battle with cancer and is truly missed.
