With the ever-changing situation with Covid-19 in Australia we feel that for the safety of our customers, staff and community this is the right thing to do. As a small business the road ahead is going to be challenging but we will make it through the other side as will you. So how can you shop with us? How can you get service and repairs? We have come up with a plan so you can not only shop with confidence with us but also get the service you require. Here is how we do it.
How To Shop By Appointment - We are here for you. Life out there certainly has changed we want you to know we are here for you. If you need to have your board serviced, new bearings installed, snowboard boots fitted or want to demo an electric board we have set up safe, hygienic methods to help you out, so let's book an appointment so you have all our focus. This way we keep it 1 on 1 in a safe environment you are comfy in. We are allowing 2 people inside the store at any one time. Simply pick a day and book a time HERE, it's that easy. Your safety and our staff's is the #1 priority. When you enter our store we have hand sanitizer for you to apply as well as we are wiping down surfaces every 1/2 an hour, including wiping down our EFT machine after every use. At this time we ask if you can, we would prefer no cash payments. Also, very important, we are insisting we all keep a minimum 1.5 metres apart. So no high fives or handshakes sorry. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable bottom line.

We are available Monday to Saturday via phone to answer your questions and help you choose the right gear. On the phone we can really talk about what your needs are and help line you up with the perfect gear. Shipping Your Order
Shipping your items is all running as normal. All freight and logistics are safely delivering packages Australia Wide as normal. We pick, pack and book to ship every order the same day to get it in your hands as soon as possible. We also have same day Melbourne delivery available from $10.
