Twelve Board Store Australia's premium boardsports store. We specialize in snowboarding, skateboarding, longboarding and electric skateboarding equipment and gear. We are looking for high energy guys and girl's to join our Team immediately. Customer service to us is an art. It is about going above and beyond. It is about being an expert communicator. It is knowing the absolute in's and out's of the products you are selling. It is about finding solutions no matter what. It is being passionate about the industry. We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to join our sales and customer service team.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Sales and customer service of our wide range of products
- General retail tasks such as merchandising, cleaning etc
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance
- All-round hustle. We're a young and growing business, and there's a lot to be done!
What we're looking for
- ENERGY! We're looking for someone who's able to make it happen and get it done. Help us create solutions and improved workflow and have loads of initiative, creativity and flair.
- Versatility. Learn to do it all. Whether it skateboarding, snowboarding or electric skateboards we want you to be able to talk the talk and walk the walk across all our categories. If you don't know it to start off with that's ok.
- You will need to have a passion for what we do. We are a snowboard, skateboard and longboard store. We need you to have a basic grasp on the products we sell.
- Experience. Not critical, but having past sales and customer service roles under your belt will help.
- Flexibility. Retail work involves weekend work, late-night shopping and working over the XMAS period.

How much can we squeeze into one role? From Social Media Management to digital content you will be able to spread your knowledge across it all. We are looking for a high energy, intuitive person who is looking for that first step or next step in their journey. As a small business that is high paced and on the move this is a chance to create and put a stamp on something.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- You will report directly to the Director and work alongside web Team and sales staff.
- Be a social media subject matter expert, regularly liaising with social media channels and other brands, staying abreast of new technology, developments, trends and best practice.
- Devise and deliver social posts and digital content/campaigns that engage, inspire and drive revenue.
- Craft content for online website, email and social media posts
- Continue to build an active and engaged community of brand loyalists across all social media channels
- Reply to all relevant customer comments across social media channels and deliver our high level of customer service.
What we're looking for
- You want to do it all. Taking all the skills you have learned or are learning and having an environment you can create and put all those ideas into practice.
- Ideally having experience is preferred but the successful candidate will be dynamic, hardworking and creative. These traits will make you a success.
- Solid understanding of social media strategy, best practice in platforms, scheduling tools and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Commercially-minded, understanding what drives revenue just as much as engagement
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to help generate creative, innovative and world-class commercial content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to help deliver social media assets, video and web site images.
