We just wanted to update everyone on how Twelve is dealing with Covid-19. The first and foremost thing is the health and safety of our staff and customers. We have taken steps and double-downed on cleaning and the general hygiene throughout the store including wiping down our Eftpos machine after every use and cleaning surfaces and door handles regularly throughout the day. Until we are instructed otherwise we are open our normal hours Monday to Sunday instore and are processing and shipping online orders daily. We have introduced same-day Melbourne delivery from $10 and are shipping Australia Wide orders the same day to make sure they get to you as fast as possible.
As a small business staying open is crucial for us to see out this never before seen climate. Strange times out there indeed so be safe, take care of each other and support your local stores, cafe's and restaurants when you can.
