From Wednesday, August 5th at midnight we will shut the doors to the store to the general public as per the Victorian Government's guidelines. You will be able to shop with us for the next few weeks online at www.twelveboardstore.com.au, over the phone, email or by video chat. We are available Monday to Saturday for all customer service enquiries including sizing help, warranty and repair questions etc
Always check our social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for daily updates. We are always available to speak on the phone, video chat and Socials to guide you through any advice or service issues. Please be aware of our recently updated store hours.
Shipping Your Order
Shipping your items to you quickly and safely is all business as usual. All freight and logistics, including Couriers and AusPost are safely delivering packages Australia Wide as normal even with border closures. We pick, pack and book to ship every order the same day to get it in your hands as soon as possible. During this time please allow an extra 24 hours for delivery.

Twelve Board Store and it's staff follow a strict COVID Safe Plan which includes practising social distancing, regular sanitizing of surfaces and products in our store. All staff are required to wear mask's instore at all times. We want to get you what you need quickly and safely.
