Wide boards aren't just for the guys - get in on the fun with the Salomon Bellevue Snowboard.
The wider design floats through pow and the Backseat Camber brings the control to your back foot for fast, peppy turns and control in waist deep snow. Turning and getting on edge is easy thanks to the Quadratic Sidecut, so you won't even notice the wide waist until you're effortlessly flying through bottomless pow and snagging the perfect Insta hero shot.
SPECS
Terrian: Freestyle / All Mountain
Board Shape: Tapered Directional – Tail width is slightly tapered (2-20mm). This loosens up turning initiation and improves floatation in deeper snow without sacrificing edge hold on hardpack.
Quadratic Sidecut – Quadratic sidecuts use 3 or more radii instead of a continuous radial sidecut. The radii of the sidecut is shallower at the ends and deeper in the middle, which promotes easier turn initiation.
Flex: 7/10 Stiffer
Camber: Backseat Camber – Camber loaded under the back foot for precision and control, with flat segments under the front foot for superior floatation in deep snow. The best of both worlds!
Base: Sintered Base – Provides a moderate balance between the speed created by a hard surface and good wax retention.
Medium Stone Finish – A medium structure finish that improves base glide. Quicker in all snow conditions, from cold morning corduroy to spring slush.
Core: Popster – Popster's shaped core profile thins out under foot and thickens outside your bindings before tapering again at tip and tail to maximize the natural snap and pop of wood. Feels like your skateboard kicktail finally connected with your snowboard.
Aspen Select Core – Every single FSC certified wood strip is hand selected to ensure unparalleled core quality and lightness.
FSC® Certified Wood Core
Glass: C/FX Basalt – Take down of the C/FX superfiber. This version of the C/FX is composed of Basalt & fiber glass for power and smooth ride.
Biaxial Medium Density Fiberglass – Medium density European-made fiberglass layers guarantee a consistent quality level, for light and lively boards.
Other Features:
All-Mountain Edge Bevel – A 1° edge holding tune throughout the key parts of the sidecut meets a 2° bevel between the feet. This delivers the most solid edge hold with no hang-ups.
ABS Sidewalls – The molecular structure of ABS can be described as a concrete bar with rubber nuggets inside, combining toughness for energy transfer and dampening properties for impact absorption.
