Jones Meteorite Snowboard Binding 2027 | Snow White
Friendly Flex. Locked-In Comfort.
The Meteorite is Jones' friendly all-mountain binding: stable, comfortable and tweakable, with a medium-soft flex that makes the whole mountain feel easier. It cruises groomers, slashes side hits and handles park laps.
SkateTech gives you precise response straight to the edges, and the Dynamic Flex highback is stiff in the centre for support and softer on the sides so it won't bite your calf. Jones rates it 10/10 for all-mountain riding.
Best for: progressing and intermediate riders who want a comfortable, forgiving binding for all-terrain cruising, freestyle and surf slashing.

Is the Jones Meteorite good for beginners?
It suits progressing and intermediate riders. Jones rates it 3 out of 5 on its riding-level scale, with a medium-soft flex that's forgiving and easy to turn.
What size Jones Meteorite do I need?
M fits US men's 7.5 to 10 and L fits 10.5 and up (Mondo 25.5–28 cm and 28.5+ cm). Size off your snowboard boot, not your street shoe. Bring your boots to 435A Bridge Rd Richmond or call 03 9421 2293 and we'll check the fit.
Will it fit my board?
Yes. Every Jones binding comes with a universal disc that mounts to 4x4, 2x4 and EST/Channel boards from any brand.
Is the Meteorite soft or stiff?
It's medium-soft. Jones rates the flex 5 out of 10, playful enough to tweak and supportive enough for all-mountain riding.

HOW JONES RIDES
3D Contour Base
Jones bevels the base up at the nose and tail like a spoon, so the board lifts and pushes snow aside instead of ploughing through it. You get float in soft snow without leaning back. It's on boards like the Flagship and on every Jones splitboard.
Traction Tech
Raised bumps along each edge add extra grip points. On the Flagship there are three per edge, at the front binding, the centre and the back binding.
Splitboards built to tour
Every Jones splitboard runs 3D Contour Base, Traction Tech and the Bolt-less Bridge, with a notched tail that fits Jones Quick Tension Tail Clip skins.
FASE fast entry bindings
FASE adds semi automatic entry to a two strap binding. Step in, the highback closes, then buckle the ankle strap. It works with any snowboard boot, so no special boots are needed.

What size Jones board do I need?
Start with your weight and boot size, then think about where you ride. Our Jones size charts cover the range, and we're happy to size you up in store or over the phone.
What is 3D Contour Base?
It's the spoon shaped bevel Jones builds into the nose and tail. The edges lift away from the snow there, so the board floats and turns more easily in soft snow.
Do Jones FASE bindings need special boots?
No. Jones says FASE works with every snowboard boot and with standard board mounting patterns. If you're not sure about your board, ask us and we'll check before you buy.
Can I pick up in store or return it?
Yes, you can pick up from our Richmond showroom. For returns and exchanges, everything you need is in our returns policy.
