A snapped boot lace should not cost you a day on the mountain. We stock replacement snowboard boot laces and spares so you can get a broken boot back in action fast: waxed laces for traditional boots, plus BOA and speed-lace replacement parts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Three systems, and they are not interchangeable. Traditional waxed laces, BOA which uses a steel cable tensioned by a dial, and speed lace which uses a pull cord and locking mechanism. Speed lace cords are boot-specific rather than universal.
Probably not. Most BOA systems are covered by a lifetime guarantee through the manufacturer, so a failed dial is often a warranty replacement rather than a purchase. Contact us before buying anything.
Measure your existing lace for length if it is a traditional lace. For speed lace and BOA systems the parts are boot-specific, so send us a photo of the boot or bring it into the Richmond store and we will identify it.
The waxed coating grips against itself and holds tension far better than a dry lace, so the boot stays tight through the day rather than loosening off.
