The 2027 Jones Zenith FASE snowboard binding in Carbon Black is what Jones calls the pinnacle of its FASE collection: an expert-level, carbon-injected freeride binding built for committed descents and full-tilt carving. Jones developed it with Freeride World Tour Champion Victor de Le Rue. It sends every input straight to your edges for total control in steep, technical terrain and rock-solid stability at speed. And thanks to the FASE® Fast Entry System, you're strapped in and dropping before your crew has sat down.

This is the binding that proves fast entry isn't just for cruisers. Jones rates the Zenith 9/10 stiff and powerful, with a carbon-injected baseplate and highback and a two-strap lockdown that doesn't give an inch. The finishing touch: the coordinates of KT-22, the legendary chairlift at Palisades Tahoe, are engraved along the highback.

What Is FASE®?

FASE® stands for Fast Entry System, a true two-strap binding made ridiculously fast to get into:

• Folding highback that snaps back up automatically. Kick it flat for the lift, step in, and it snaps up into ride position.
• LSR 2.1 Auto-Lock toe buckle. Updated for 2027 with an improved auto-lock mechanism. Set the toe strap once and it holds its position, while still letting you fine-tune on the fly.
• FastStrap ankle ladder. Strap in with one hand while you're still moving.

Size Guide

Sizing tip: Jones makes the Zenith FASE in M and L only. Size off your snowboard boot, not your street shoe. If you're between sizes, the boot's outer footprint decides it: chunky or heavily padded boots may need the bigger size. Your heel should seat fully in the heelcup, with toe and heel overhang balanced across the board. Not sure? Bring your boots into our Richmond store and we'll fit them on the spot.

What's the difference between the Jones Zenith FASE and Mercury FASE?

The Zenith is stiffer and more powerful: 9/10 flex with a carbon-injected Fusion+ XR-C baseplate and AsymCore Carbon highback, built for expert freeriders. The Mercury FASE is a medium 7/10 all-terrain binding that's more forgiving and versatile. Both use the same FASE® Fast Entry System.

Will the Zenith FASE fit my boots and board?

Yes. FASE® works with all snowboard boots, and the universal disc mounts to 4x4, 2x4 and EST/Channel boards from any brand.

What size Jones Zenith FASE do I need?

Medium fits US men's 8.5–10.5 and Large fits 11–14. Jones doesn't make the Zenith in Small. Check your boot's outer footprint if you're between sizes, or come in for a fitting.

Is a stiff FASE binding suitable for intermediate riders?

Jones rates the Zenith FASE at expert level. Its stiffness rewards strong, aggressive technique. If you're still progressing, the Mercury FASE will be more forgiving.
