H4/M3 Dual Zone BOA® Fit System
Two separate dials and lace paths work with the boot's cuff to isolate fit into two distinct zones. The upper H4 dial controls the cuff, dialling in flex and stability from the ankle up. The lower M3 dial locks in the forefoot zone independently for a secure, wrapped fit at the foot. What size should I order?
Salomon recommends checking the size guide for the Vista — sizing can vary slightly between models and it's worth confirming before ordering. As a general rule, snowboard boots should feel noticeably snug out of the box: toes lightly brushing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel sitting down with minimal lift. Once you flex into a riding stance your toes ease back and the boot wraps your foot properly. A boot that feels comfortable standing in a shop will be sloppy on the mountain. If you're between sizes, the half size down is usually the right call. Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?
Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: checking shell fit, measuring your foot, and heat moulding your Precision Liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. Full Custom Fit™ foam responds thoroughly to heat moulding, and combined with the Precision Harness™ 2.0, the result is a boot that feels genuinely dialled from run one. What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?

The Vista's dual BOA® zones and Precision Harness™ give a lot of room to dial in fit issues before swapping sizes — many apparent problems can be resolved with zone-specific adjustments or a heat mould. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.
