TSG Pass 2.0 Helmet | Satin Black – Certified Full-Face Protection for Downhill and Electric
The TSG Pass 2.0 in Satin Black is the full-face lid that downhill skaters, e-skaters and Onewheel riders actually trust at speed. Ten years on from the original Pass, TSG rebuilt it from the ground up — a lighter injection-moulded ABS shell, sharper aerodynamics, a wider size range and a reworked padding matrix that finally makes a full-face comfortable enough to wear all session. It's certified to both the European EN 1078 and US ASTM F1952 downhill standards, so the protection isn't marketing — it's lab-tested. If you're pointing a board or a board-with-a-motor down anything steep, this is the standard.
Key Features:
✔️ ABS injection-moulded hardshell delivers consistent impact resistance and strength, with improved protection over earlier fibreglass Pass models
✔️ Shock-absorbing EPS inner liner spreads impact energy evenly across the helmet — the same absorption as the Pass Pro
✔️ Reinforced chin guard with EPS and polycarbonate throughout for superior stability
✔️ Meets and exceeds EN 1078 (European) and ASTM F1952 (US downhill) helmet standards
✔️ New visor with distortion-free optics, anti-fog coating inside and anti-scratch treatment outside — CE EN 174 certified
✔️ Tool-free visor adjustability for easy swaps and maintenance
✔️ Air Flow vent system with upgraded mouth and nose ventilation plus fog-clearing air ducts
✔️ Adjustable snap-on cheek pads let you fine-tune fit without changing shell size
✔️ Widened helmet entry and easy-on head channel — no fighting it on and off
✔️ Double D-ring closure for a secure, race-proven fit
✔️ Removable, washable liner
✔️ 10mm wider internally than the Pass Pro for a more forgiving fit
Fit Guide:
XS: 52–54 cm
S: 54–55 cm
M: 56–57 cm
L: 58–59 cm
XL: 60–61 cm
XXL: 62–63 cm
Measure around your head just above the ears and eyebrows. A full-face should be snug — it will loosen slightly as the pads pack in. If you're right on the top edge of a size, go up one and use the snap-on cheek pads to tighten it back down. Unsure? Come into the Richmond showroom and we'll fit you properly.
About TSG
TSG (Technical Safety Gear) has been building protection for skaters, bikers and riders since 1988. Swiss-designed and rider-tested, TSG works directly with world-class athletes — the original Pass was developed with downhill world champion Martin Siegrist — and every product is lab-certified as well as team-tested.
Why We Rate It
The Pass 2.0 is the benchmark full-face for downhill skate and electric riding, and it's not close. It's light enough that you'll actually wear it, ventilated enough that you won't cook on a hot Melbourne afternoon, and certified to standards that mean something. Whether you're bombing hills, riding an Evolve at speed, or on a Onewheel where face-plants are part of the deal — this is the helmet we recommend and the one plenty of our crew wear themselves.

Why Buy from Twelve Board Store
Twelve Board Store has been riders selling to riders since 2013. We are not a generic retail chain — we are a specialist board sports retailer built around genuine product knowledge, real rider experience and the kind of after-sales support that only comes from a team that actually uses the gear they sell.
Every brand we stock, we ride. Every recommendation we make comes from real experience — on the mountain, in the park, on the street, and on the road. When you call us, you talk to someone who has been on a snowboard at Hotham last weekend or a skateboard in the carpark this morning. That is the difference between buying from Twelve and buying from a warehouse with a website.
We offer services that no online-only retailer can match. Our in-store workshop handles snowboard waxing and tuning, boot heat moulding, electric skateboard and e-bike repairs and assembly, and warranty support handled in-house rather than shipped offshore to a call centre. If something goes wrong with your gear, we fix it. If your boots don't fit, we sort it. If you ordered the wrong size, we swap it — no questions asked.
Our showroom at 435A Bridge Road Richmond stocks the full range across snowboards, bindings, boots, skateboards, longboards, electric skateboards, e-bikes, outerwear and accessories. We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $89, AfterPay and Zip for flexible payment, and fast dispatch so your gear arrives when you need it.
Over a decade in business. More than 1,000 reviews. The most trusted specialist board store in Melbourne. If you need advice before you buy, call us on 03 9421 2293, visit us in-store, or contact us online — we'll get you sorted.
