Blood Orange Barrel Bushings are full, straight-sided longboard bushings built for riders who want control and stability. More urethane means more resistance as you lean, so your trucks feel planted, return to centre with authority and stay calm when the speed picks up. They're ideal for downhill, freeride and anyone who wants a tighter, more confident ride.
They're poured from Blood Orange's Ultra-High Rebound urethane, made in the USA, which keeps its lean consistent and responsive instead of feeling dead or mushy. Available in five durometers, so you can tune your setup exactly to your weight and riding style.
About Blood Orange
Blood Orange started in 2010 as a bushing line stocked in Caliber Trucks. The bushings got such a strong response from riders that the brand grew into one of the most respected names in longboarding. Today Blood Orange makes high-performance wheels, bushings and safety gear, but bushings are where it all began. FAQs
Which durometer should I choose?
Softer bushings (80a to 83a) turn more easily and suit lighter riders. Harder bushings (89a to 92a) add stability and suit heavier riders or higher speeds. 86a is a solid middle ground for most riders. With barrels already offering plenty of support, many riders go a step softer than they would with cones.
Barrel or cone bushings, what's the difference?
Barrels have more material, so they resist lean more and feel stable and controlled. Cones taper at the top, so they turn more freely and feel looser. Many riders combine them, running a barrel boardside for support and a cone roadside for extra lean.
How many do I need?
Each pack has 2 bushings, enough for one truck. To do your whole board, order two packs. You can also mix duros front and back to fine-tune how the board steers.
What boards and trucks do they suit?
They're designed for reverse kingpin longboard trucks like Caliber, Randal, Paris and Bear, which are found on most longboards, cruisers and downhill setups. Deck size doesn't matter, as the bushing fits the truck, not the board. If you ride standard street skateboard trucks, check with us first, as sizing can differ.

I've had my new Pint-S now for a week and put about 11 klms on it so far due to a fair bit of rain. The battery is now at 62% and top speed of 16kph as I find 12-15 very comfortable and have no intention of hurting myself any sooner than I have to.
The treaded tire gives more confidence for sure off of the pavement which I do about 50%.
I like the curved foot pads as I like a wide stance and my feet feel more planted than on the Pint. The Fender is also almost a must for me now that I see the difference of gravel and dirt not covering the footpads anymore.
Twelveboard store was very helpful and friendly with the purchase as well.
