Andale Swiss Tin Bearings
Grade 5 Swiss-precision bearings in a full kit, packed in a tin.
The Andalé Swiss Tin is a complete bearing kit built to be one of the fastest sets around. It's for skaters who want premium speed and everything they need in one box, from spare shields to spacers, all packed in a custom tin that's handy for storage.
Each bearing uses high precision Grade 5 chrome steel balls and precision polished chrome steel races to cut friction and lift speed. Non-contact removable rubber shields lock into the inner race to keep the bearing cleaner, and synthetic oil reduces friction and protects against corrosion. The kit includes 8 bearings, 8 replacement shields, 4 spacers and 4 axle nuts.

About Andale
Andalé Bearings is a skater owned and operated company started by pros Joey Brezinski and Paul Rodriguez. The idea came about while both were between bearing sponsors, and the name came out of a conversation between Brezinski and Chico Brenes.
Today Andalé's range runs from everyday bearings up to its Swiss line, which uses Grade 5 chrome steel balls and precision polished races, plus pro-model and Mixtape bearings carrying the names of its team riders. Riders choose Andalé for dependable bearings with genuine skater ownership behind them.
FAQs
Do these fit all skateboard wheels?
Yes. They're standard 608 size skateboard bearings with an 8mm bore, so they fit almost every skateboard, cruiser and longboard wheel on a standard 8mm axle. Each wheel takes two bearings, so this set of 8 does all four wheels on one board.
What does Swiss mean on Andalé bearings?
It refers to Andalé's top line, which is manufactured to Swiss precision and quality with Grade 5 chrome steel balls and polished races. Andalé doesn't state that they're made in Switzerland, and it's not an ABEC number; ABEC only covers industrial machining tolerances.
How do I clean and look after them?
Flick the removable rubber shields off with a pin, soak the bearings in citrus degreaser or isopropyl alcohol and dry them completely. Add two or three drops of skate bearing lube, refit the shields and spin them in. Clean them whenever they sound gritty or slow down. The kit's spare shields come in handy if one gets damaged.
Do I need spacers?
The kit includes 4 spacers, one per wheel. Spacers sit on the axle between the two bearings in each wheel, so the bearings stay lined up when you tighten the axle nut. Lots of street skaters ride without them, but they help bearings spin freely and stop them being crushed if the nut is over-tightened.
What comes in the Swiss Tin?
8 bearings, 8 replacement shields, 4 bearing spacers and 4 axle nuts, packed in a custom Andalé tin.

Why Buy from Twelve Board Store
Twelve Board Store has been riders selling to riders since 2013. We are not a generic retail chain — we are a specialist board sports retailer built around genuine product knowledge, real rider experience and the kind of after-sales support that only comes from a team that actually uses the gear they sell.
Every brand we stock, we ride. Every recommendation we make comes from real experience — on the mountain, in the park, on the street, and on the road. When you call us, you talk to someone who has been on a snowboard at Hotham last weekend or a skateboard in the carpark this morning. That is the difference between buying from Twelve and buying from a warehouse with a website.
We offer services that no online-only retailer can match. Our in-store workshop handles snowboard waxing and tuning, boot heat moulding, electric skateboard and e-bike repairs and assembly, and warranty support handled in-house rather than shipped offshore to a call centre. If something goes wrong with your gear, we fix it. If your boots don't fit, we sort it. If you ordered the wrong size, we swap it — no questions asked.
Our showroom at 435A Bridge Road Richmond stocks the full range across snowboards, bindings, boots, skateboards, longboards, electric skateboards, e-bikes, outerwear and accessories. We offer free shipping Australia-wide on orders over $89, AfterPay and Zip for flexible payment, and fast dispatch so your gear arrives when you need it.
Over a decade in business. More than 1,000 reviews. The most trusted specialist board store in Melbourne. If you need advice before you buy, call us on 03 9421 2293, visit us in-store, or contact us online — we'll get you sorted.
