Been running the MTE boots for years lift ops and maintenance, better than Sorrels now that they've got a zip side!

These Burton base layer pants are the best! Super comfy and a good fit.

Nice sized day pack for short trips and staying light. Can't wait to get up in the mountains to use it.

Fat boy from 12 Boards

I absolutely love the bike and use it nearly everyday.
I’m 67 years old but it’s a bit like going back to having dirt bikes in the mid seventies! Also 12 boards was easy to deal with. A great shop.

Adding another to my collection, best layer for 1st or 2nd layer.

The All-Mountain Power Board for Women Who Want to Charge the Whole Resort

The Lib Tech Dynamiss Women's 2027 is a directional, all-mountain freeride board built for confident riders who want one deck that handles everything from groomers to genuine powder days. It pairs an aggressive C3 camber profile with a smooth entry nose and a slight taper through the tail, giving it a stable, powerful feel at speed without losing the ability to float when the snow piles up. This is the women's-specific sibling to Lib Tech's Dynamo, built for riders who already have some mileage under their boots and want a daily driver that can do it all.

The C3 camber profile is the heart of the ride — a mild rocker zone underfoot blended into dominant, powerful camber out through the tip and tail. That combination gives the Dynamiss strong edge hold and pop on groomers while still adding float and forgiveness in soft snow. Paired with Magne-Traction® edge serrations, it bites confidently into the firm, icy mornings that are common at most Australian resorts before the groomers soften up, so you're not white-knuckling your way down the first run of the day.

Underneath the graphics, the Dynamiss is built with Lib Tech's Original Power (OP) core — 75% Aspen and 25% Paulownia — for a light, lively, environmentally-conscious platform with real strength. Tri-axial/bi-axial fiberglass adds snap and stability through the flex pattern, while Birch internal sidewalls and UHMW sintered sidewalls (with UHMW tip and tail impact deflection) keep the board tough through crud, chop, and hard landings. The whole board is handbuilt at Mervin Manufacturing in Washington State, USA, the same factory behind GNU and Bent Metal.

Why Ride the Lib Tech Dynamiss?

  • C3 Camber Profile – Mild rocker underfoot blended into dominant camber at tip and tail for edge hold, pop, and float in equal measure
  • Magne-Traction® – Edge serrations bite into firm, icy groomers without catching, for genuine confidence on hardpack mornings
  • Directional Shape with Smooth Entry Nose – Slight taper through the tail adds float in powder without sacrificing control on piste
  • Original Power (OP) Core – 75% Aspen / 25% Paulownia for a light, lively, environmentally-conscious build
  • Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax Fiberglass – Adds snap and a strong, locked-in feel through every turn
  • Birch & UHMW Sintered Sidewalls – Built to take on crud, chop, and hard landings without losing durability
  • Medium to Medium-Stiff Flex – Powerful and stable, built for riders who want to push speed and terrain with confidence
  • 2x4 Inserts – Standard pattern for wide binding compatibility and stance adjustment
  • Handbuilt in the USA – Made at Mervin Manufacturing in Washington State, with the brand's long-running environmental commitment built in

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Dynamiss suitable for beginners, or is it better for more experienced riders?
This is a board for confident, established riders rather than a first board. The medium to medium-stiff flex and camber-dominant C3 profile reward strong technique and an assertive riding style — it holds a line beautifully at speed but won't forgive sloppy weight distribution the way a softer progression board will. If you're an intermediate-to-advanced rider who wants one board to handle groomers, crud, and the occasional powder day with real stability, the Dynamiss is built for exactly that. If you're still building your basics, ask us in-store about a softer all-mountain option instead.

What bindings pair best with the Dynamiss?
The Dynamiss uses a standard 2x4 insert pattern, so it's compatible with the vast majority of bindings on the market. Given this board's medium-stiff flex and powerful camber, we'd recommend matching it with a binding that can keep up — the Flux DS Women's, Jones Aurora Women's, and K2 Network Women's are all excellent matches we stock in-store. Each gives you the response and support this board rewards without overpowering it. Not sure what suits your setup? Call us on 03 9421 2293 or come in and we'll build you a complete kit.

How do I choose the right size Dynamiss for my height and weight?
Lib Tech's sizing is based on minimum rider weight rather than a tight range, so use it as your starting guide: 142cm and 145cm suit riders from around 35kg, while 149cm and 153cm suit riders from around 40kg. The Dynamiss runs a narrower size range than the men's Dynamo, so it's built specifically around a women's frame rather than just being a smaller men's board. If you're between sizes, lean smaller for a more playful, easier-to-throw-around feel, or larger for extra stability charging at speed.

Is the Dynamiss a powder board, an all-mountain board, or a groomer board?
All three, which is the whole point of it. The smooth entry nose and slight tail taper give it genuine float on powder days, while the C3 camber and Magne-Traction edges mean it carves groomers and holds an edge through crud with real confidence. Unlike a playful park-focused twin, the Dynamiss is happiest pointed downhill and charging — think one-board quiver for a rider who wants to ride the whole mountain hard, rather than a board built around the park.

LIB TECH ORCA II & GOLDEN ORCA

Lib Tech 2027 Snowboard Collection

Lib Tech snowboards are built by Mervin Manufacturing in Sequim, Washington — the only major snowboard company still handmaking boards in the United States. While every other major brand shifted production to Asia, Lib Tech stayed. The result is tighter quality control, faster innovation, and boards built by the same riders who test them in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. The 2027 Lib Tech range at Twelve Board Store includes the T-Rice Orca II, T.Rice Apex Orca II, T.Rice Golden Orca, Lib Rig, and DPR — covering everything from progressive all-mountain freeride to freestyle performance. Every board carries Lib Tech's patented Magne-Traction® edge technology, eco-responsible construction, and the handmade quality that only comes from the last snowboard factory still operating on American soil.
At Twelve Board Store we've been selling Lib Tech for over 20 years. Our team has ridden these boards in Australia and overseas — if you need help choosing the right board for your riding style, call us on 03 9421 2293 or visit us at 435A Bridge Road, Richmond.
