Not every graphic needs to explain itself. "Darling" is Marbie's signature deck for There Skateboards, painted by Blake Armstrong in his loose, watercolour-tattoo style — a spiked halo, an arrow through the head, red lips, and a stare that isn't asking permission. It's unapologetic art on a board that's just as serious about how it rides.
There Skateboards grew out of the Unity collective founded by Jeffrey Cheung, built from the ground up as a queer-owned, inclusive company that backs a team most of the industry overlooked for decades. The graphics are the loudest part of that mission — bold, personal, and never sanitised for a wider audience — but the decks underneath are built to the same standard as anything else on the wall.
