What size should I order?
Salomon boots generally run true to size — order your standard men's US shoe size. Like all snowboard boots, the Dialogue should feel noticeably snug out of the box: toes lightly brushing the front of the liner when standing upright, heel sitting down with minimal lift. Once you flex into a riding stance your heel drops and toes ease back from the front of the liner — that's the correct fit. A boot that feels roomy standing in a shop will be sloppy on the mountain. Do you offer professional boot fitting and heat moulding?
Yes — and it's free when you buy your boots from us. Come into the store at 435A Bridge Rd Richmond and our staff will fit you properly: checking shell fit, measuring your foot, and heat moulding the Response Liner to your exact foot shape on the spot. The Full Custom Fit™ foam responds well to heat moulding and the result is a noticeably more precise fit — less pressure, better heel hold, and a boot that feels dialled from the first run. What if I get the wrong size or the fit isn't right?

Many apparent fit issues with the Dialogue can be resolved through adjusting the STR8JKT Pro harness tightness independently of the laces, or via a heat mould. If the boot genuinely isn't right for your foot, we'll swap it. Boots must be unworn outside — lodge floors and carpet only — and returned in original condition.
