Is this actually certified for snowboarding, or is it just a skate helmet in black?
It's certified for snow. EN 1077B is the European ski and snowboard standard and ASTM F2040 is the American one — this helmet holds both, plus the skate and bike standards on top. That's the difference between the Full Cut Snow and a standard skate lid that just looks similar.

There's no dial at the back — how do I get the fit right?
Correct, the Full Cut is a shell-size fit rather than a dial system. That means getting the shell size right matters more, and it's why we'd rather fit you in store. It should sit level, feel snug all the way around with no pressure points, and not rock forward or back when you shake your head. If it's slightly loose, the interior fit pads take up the difference. If you're between sizes, size down.

Will my ears be warm enough?
Yes. The full-cut shape wraps down over the ears and the pads are plush faux fur, which is warmer than the thin foam you get in a lot of low-profile helmets. The eleven vents let you dump heat when it's warm, so it works across the season rather than only on the coldest days.

Can I use this on my bike or e-bike as well?
For skateparks, pump tracks and general skate use, absolutely — that's what the CPSC and ASTM F1492 certifications cover. For riding on Australian roads on a bicycle or road-legal e-bike, the law requires an AS/NZS 2063 approved helmet, which this isn't.
