The Madness Split is the deck for skaters who want a board that holds its pop past the first week. The Split graphic runs a holographic swirl foil that shifts under light — it looks like nothing else in the rack and it looks even better once it's beaten in. At 8.25" it sits in the sweet spot: wide enough to feel stable on transition and bigger ledges, narrow enough that flip tricks still come around clean.

Underneath the graphic it's Madness R7 — Resin 7 construction. Seven plies of 100% North American maple bonded with epoxy resin glue instead of standard wood glue, then individually pressed rather than stacked in a multi-board press. Epoxy makes for a stiffer, stronger bond that resists delamination and holds its snap longer, and individual pressing means the concave is consistent board to board. In practice that means stronger than an industry-standard 7-ply, sharper pop, and a longer usable life before it goes soggy. The shape runs a mellow concave with a steep kick — comfortable underfoot for all-day skating, with enough tail angle to get real height on your ollies.

As a general guide: 7.5"–7.875" suits smaller riders or those focused on technical street skating. 8.0"–8.25" is the most popular all-round street and park size. 8.25"–8.5" suits riders who prefer a slightly bigger platform for stability. 8.5" and above works well for transition, bowls, and larger riders.
