Landyachtz ATV Perfecto Cruiser Speakeasy | 32"
A tough little street shape for cruising, transition and everything in between.
The ATV Perfecto is a 32" street shape from Landyachtz's ATV (all-terrain vehicle) line, here in the Speakeasy graphic. It's about 9" wide at the front with a slight taper towards the tail for a more directional feel, and double kicks for street, transition and park riding. It suits skaters who want one board for cruising the streets and hitting the bowl.
The deck is Canadian maple reinforced with Landyachtz's ATV-X fibreglass layers for extra strength and durability, with pool concave and sanded wheel wells. It rolls on Polar Bear 155mm trucks with 90a bushings and soft 60mm 78a Lil EZ Hawgs, so it grips, soaks up rough ground and still feels like a proper skateboard under your feet.

About Landyachtz
Landyachtz was started in 1997 by childhood friends Tom Edstrand and Mike Perreten while they were studying at the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada. Their first production run was pressed in a ski racing shed at Blackcomb, near Whistler. The company then moved to North Vancouver, first into a family garage and then into shared space with Invasion Snowboards, and it was there Landyachtz developed its own Bear Trucks and Hawgs Wheels. Tom Edstrand went on to win the IGSA longboarding world championship in 2005.
Today Landyachtz is still skater owned and operated, based in the Strathcona neighbourhood of Vancouver. It designs its decks, trucks and wheels to work together as one complete, from compact Dinghy cruisers and surfskates to dancing boards and downhill freeride decks. Through its One Board One Tree program, Landyachtz plants a tree for every board it sells. If you want a complete where every part was chosen for the deck it's bolted to, Landyachtz is a safe bet.
FAQs
What is the Landyachtz ATV Perfecto best for?
Street and transition skating with a cruising bias. The double kicks and pool concave suit bowls, banks and kerbs, while the soft 60mm wheels make it comfortable for getting around town between spots.
Is a 32" cruiser the right size for me?
Yes for most teens and adults. At 32" long and about 9" wide it feels like a roomy skateboard, with a short 14.375" wheelbase for quick turns. If you want something smaller to carry, look at the 28.5" Dinghy; for more stability on longer rides, the 31.5" Dugout has a longer wheelbase.
Is the ATV Perfecto good for beginners?
Yes. It's stable, the soft wheels are forgiving on rough ground and the double kicks let you learn kick turns and basic tricks. Its short wheelbase means it turns quickly, so take it easy until you're used to the steering.
Cruiser vs skateboard: what's the difference?
A cruiser is built for rolling around comfortably, with soft wheels that grip and soak up rough footpaths, and usually a looser, carvier setup. A standard skateboard uses small, hard wheels for tricks and smooth skatepark surfaces. The ATV Perfecto sits in between: it has a proper street shape with double kicks, but soft 78a wheels so it rides smoothly on the street too.
Can I commute on the ATV Perfecto?
For short trips around the neighbourhood, to the shops or between skate spots, yes. The soft 60mm 78a wheels handle cracks and rough footpaths well. For longer daily commutes, bigger wheels and a longer wheelbase will be faster and more relaxed.
Does it come ready to ride?
Yes. It arrives fully assembled with griptape, trucks, wheels and bearings installed. Just check the truck tightness suits you and go ride.
