Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We use priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store.

Express & Same-Day Delivery

Choose Express at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $12 within 20 km of our store. Delivery outside 20 km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended.
Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.

Oversized Items & Electric Bikes

Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes. Electric bikes may include a shipping surcharge to outer WA and NT areas. E-bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.

  • NSW: 1–3 business days

  • QLD: 2–4 business days

  • SA: 1–3 business days

  • WA: 5–8 business days

  • ACT: 1–3 business days

  • TAS: 2–4 business days

Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for rural areas. Couriers may experience slight delays during Boxing Day, New Year’s, or peak promotions.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations like New Zealand, Asia and more. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Duties, VAT and customs fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. Some brands and products (e.g., electric bikes) cannot be shipped outside Australia.

Tracking & Delivery Support

Every order includes full tracking, sent via SMS or email as soon as it ships. If no one is home at delivery, your parcel may be redirected to a secure pickup point.

Returns & Order Issues

  • Need to cancel? If your order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel it immediately. If it has, return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Wrong item received? We’ll sort it quickly. We’ll send out the correct item and arrange a return for the incorrect one. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.

  • Return or exchange an item? You can return most items within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or 14 days for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Shortly after launching Arbor, the team at Arbor started repurposing old snowboards into big wheelbase skates that were ideal for bombing hills when there was no snow. This led to the introduction of the Arbor skateboard line, and an extension of the sustainability efforts and discussion about its importance to action sports.
