Frequently Asked Questions
No. Everything is new product discounted for being previous-season, end-of-line or overstock, never seconds. A last-season board, boot or jacket performs the same as this year's, so buying last season on sale is often the smartest value decision you can make.
Yes. We are an authorised Australian dealer, so everything on sale carries full manufacturer warranty and no grey-market risk, which is the difference between a real bargain and a false economy.
No. A board still needs the right shape and flex, a boot still needs to fit, a jacket still needs the right waterproof rating. Grab the deal but grab the right item, and call us on 03 9421 2293 if you are unsure before it sells.
Fast, and it does not come back once gone. Sale stock is limited to what we are clearing, so if you see your size or model, it is worth moving on rather than waiting.

Burton AK Acamar 3L Goretex jacket
I managed to steal this in-season 3L Gore jacket for half its retail and it took no time for delivery. Now I just have to wait till January to test it in some J-pow conditions. Awesome service from the team at 12 :-)
