Powell Peralta Cab Ban This Complete Skateboard | Pink — 8.25"
Powell Peralta Cab Ban This in Pink. 8.25" x 31.95" 7-ply birch AirLam construction, K20 concave, Mini Logo trucks, 53mm 101a wheels, Bones Reds bearings. A skateboarding icon — still built the same way it always was.
The Cab Ban This is one of the most recognised graphics in skateboard history — Steve Caballero's pro model, originally released in 1988 and still in continuous production because some things don't need to be fixed. The 8.25" Pink colourway is a bold take on a classic, and the shape is as relevant today as it was when it first dropped. This is a board with actual history behind it, not a retro-themed marketing exercise.
Powell Peralta builds the Cab Ban This the same way they've built their boards since 1976 — 7-ply hard yellow birch pressed in their proprietary AirLam™ presses using water-resistant glue for maximum stiffness, strength, pop, and durability. At 8.25" x 31.95" with a 14.25" wheelbase, this is a full-size adult setup proportioned for street, park, and transition skating. Mini Logo trucks run premium alloys, heat-treated axles, and medium-hard high-rebound bushings sized for the 8.25" width — designed and tested in-house at Skate One. The 53mm 101a wheels are hard-spec street and park wheels that roll fast and slide clean, and the Bones Reds bearings are Skate Rated — built to handle dirt, dust, impacts, and moisture the way a skateboard bearing actually needs to.
Powell Peralta has been manufacturing and distributing high-performance skateboarding equipment since 1976 — nearly 50 years of in-house production at their Goleta, California facility. They make their own decks, their own wheels, their own bearings, and their own trucks through their Mini Logo and Bones brands. No outsourced manufacturing, no badge-engineering — just nearly five decades of skate industry knowledge pressed into every board they build.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What age and size rider is the 8.25" suited to?
A: The 8.25" is a full adult-size complete best suited to riders aged 13 and over who are taller than 5'3" with a shoe size of 9 or larger. It's also the preferred width for intermediate and advanced skaters who want extra stability in transition and park skating. Younger or smaller riders should consider the 7.5" or 7.75" sizes instead — call us on 03 9421 2293 and we'll help you size it right.
Q: What type of skateboarding is a complete skateboard used for?
A: A complete is designed for skateparks, tricks, and real skateboarding — ollies, kickflips, ramps, ledges, rails, and flat-ground technical skating. It can absolutely be used to cruise and commute on as well, and many riders use their complete as their everyday board. If dedicated cruising or longer-distance commuting is the main goal though, a cruiser or longboard will be a more comfortable setup for that purpose.
