Thick padding surrounds the kneecap, made from super absorbent EVA foam encased in two layers of neoprene. Ventilated mesh at the back of the knee keeps it breathable, and non-irritating side seams with top and bottom stitching keep it comfortable and durable.

Straighten your leg and wrap a soft tape measure around the middle of your knee. 187 measures the circumference of the extended knee. 187 says its chart is a guide based on averages. If you're between sizes or unsure, size up: customers generally do better with the larger size.

What size 187 Knee Gasket should I get?
Measure around your knee with your leg straight and match it to the chart: XS fits 25–30cm (10–12in) up to XL at 43–51cm (17–20in). If you're between sizes or unsure, 187 recommends going up a size.

Do I wear knee gaskets under my knee pads?
Yes, that's what they're designed for. A gasket adds a layer of EVA padding around the kneecap and stops your pads rubbing on bare skin. You can also wear one on its own for extra support.
