Only ever skated 8.25-8.5 popsicles, my last board was a Moonshine Brian Drake Deck 9.5 (wide front asymmetrical with double kick). Having never really ridden longboards it was a brief visual effort to get comfy with the new look. Because nose pocket is further away you can create deeper stances, still stable with feet just before bolts (with a fair length of missile sticking out to lead the way), which is kinda where you would probably be standing on a standard park deck, mostly keep my foot in this area anyway - feels best to control while pumping sidewalks

The tail section is interesting, it feels a bit smaller but it could just be a comparison to the rest of the board. I've also had to make effort to adjust so I can pivot and sit in the rear pocket. Kickturns and tic -tacs are hilarious and ungracious, mostly due to the increased weight overall as well as it's distribution. I got good at popless ollies from tall risers on my last board and couldn't make them work on this one. Had to go back to kickstarting the tail and was fine and am satisfied with the pop. Stiff enough deck, might soften up but happy with it, was gonna put rails on it but I've got to get back into doing board slides. Curious to see if it'll hold up.

I got the park setup option and and am happy with the happy with the wheels, trucks and risers. One of the bearings lost its inner rubber edge slightly exposing it to more grime, only had it for a week. Off centre, deeper wheels beg for more maintenance too but that's ok because it is a beauty of a setup. Wheels lost out on some shorter, sharper turns so I expect more performance on wider, steeper downhill uses. Fun in the wet and reliable sliding. Wish there were a few more videos about this board because it's so intriguing.

4 Stars, decent mixed park/commuter board All in all, for what it's worth, I would recommend this board and consider it again.
