The Rally XL runs the same 113V Hypercore drivetrain as the GT S-Series — already 50% more voltage than the standard GT — with a tuned controller that cranks torque up another 50% on top of that. The result is instant off-the-line acceleration, hill-climbing ability that makes steep climbs feel like nothing, and mid-to-high speed stability that inspires you to push harder than you thought you would. The upgraded P50B battery cells deliver 11% more range than other S-Series boards — 29–45km real-world depending on terrain and riding style. NSK premium bearings imported from Japan keep the drivetrain smooth and drag-free across the full range of conditions.
The 12.0" × 7.0"-6 XL Performance Treaded Tyre is the centrepiece of the Rally XL. With 23% more air volume than the standard S-Series tyre, the bigger sidewall absorbs bumps before you feel them, the enlarged contact patch locks you into loose and technical surfaces, and the increased ground clearance lets you roll through obstacles that would stop other boards. The rails are extended to a 57.15cm stance — wider than the standard S-Series at 54.61cm — giving bigger riders a natural stance and every rider more leverage and control when the going gets rough. Raised axle bolts compensate for the taller tyre to keep ride height dialled in the sweet spot.

Rules vary by state and territory. The Rally XL is currently not available for supply into New South Wales due to NSW electrical safety certification requirements for e-micromobility devices.
