The crew at K2 Snowboards have teamed up with legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk and his company Birdhouse skateboards on a limited collection of snowboards that mix skate and snow.

Cosigned with Tony Hawk and the entire team at Birdhouse Skateboards, the Party Platter is truly a freestyle take on a “shaped” snowboard. Many “shaped” snowboards are built to zero in on one specific riding style - this is NOT one of those snowboards. The K2 Party Platter is purpose-built to be a daily driver for slashing berms, laying down carves, and plowing your way through thigh-deep pow.

This volume shifted board is designed to be ridden short and wide, and features a rocker-camber-rocker profile for extra energy in transition. Although it's a ton of fun anywhere on the mountain, the K2 Party Platter x Tony Hawk x Birdhouse Snowboard really comes into its own in tight trees, narrow chutes, and featured terrain. Add one-of-a-kind Tony Hawk x Birdhouse graphics and you have a collector's item you can both ride and cherish.

Volume Shift™ – Volume is moved from the tips and tails of traditional snowboard shapes and placed it underfoot where it can be better controlled. This makes a wider, shorter design that maintains the same float and stability of a traditional board, but increases mobility and maneuverability. BAP Core – K2 has blended three species of renewable timber to assemble a core that’s strong, lightweight, and designed to enhance dampening without the addition of other materials.

Laminates

Biaxial Glass – Smooth all-purpose performance with a no-frills design. Fibers are woven together at 0° and 90°, creating a more forgiving flex pattern.

Ollie Bar™ – Built in place in a pre-loaded cambered shape and placed between the binding inserts, the Ollie Bar™ silences the myth that rocker boards don’t have the same pop that cambered snowboards do.

As long as the return is processed within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or 14 days for a refund
Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition. with the original tags still attached; We reserve right to refuse item's returned not meeting this requirement.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, boot and binding boxes; We reserve right to refuse item's returned not meeting this requirement
We cannot accept returns on facemask's, socks etc
Return's on sale items for a refund may incur a restocking fee of $15 or 10% of purchase (max $40 depending on item size)

Once the return is received and processed we can....

We will refund the price of the product returned via your original payment method (full-priced items only);
Provide you with a store credit you can use instore or online.
Exchange the product for another size or item, subject to availability.

We cannot refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase, nor the cost of return postage or any packaging you provide to send the items back to us.

If you have received the wrong item, (so sorry this really never happens) our shipping Team will organize a paid return label for you so we can get this sorted as fast as possible and the correct item in your hand.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a size make sure you contact us so we can organize the right size. Sometimes its faster to re-purchase the size you need and return the incorect item. It's up to you to get the item back to us, we recommend getting tracking for your return. Download our returns form and just follow the easy instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you have received the wrong item or if your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at info@twelveboardstore.com.au or call 03 9421 2293. To help us out please have your name and order number. If your item appears to be faulty, please email us some photos of the fault to help us get you looked after as quickly as possible.

Exchanging Items

We will exchange an item if it was shipped in error or for a different size no problem.

If the item was shipped incorrectly, we will cover all shipping costs of course, however, if you have ordered the wrong size, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us and covering the cost of shipping the new item.

Also keep in mind that under no circumstance can Twelve Board Store ship a new item or refund without receiving the incorrect item back in the store first.

Warranty Claims

In the event a item appears to be faulty please return item as per above policy. All warranty claims and repairs must only be assessed by the manufacturer and/or manufacturers representative and will be repaired, replaced or credited at their discretion excluding any shipping fee's. A valid proof of purchase will be required for any all warranty claims.

Twelve Board Store will always try to have as quick a turn around as possible however please allow at least 7 to 10 days for a warranty claim to be processed.

Does Twelve Board Store price match? It's a question we get all the time is do you price match? Of course we do. We always do our best to make sure we have the best products for you but the best price as well. We will match almost any price, from any Australia retailer. The product must be the exact same as far as model, manufacturing year, size, color and you must provide proof of quoted price and/or a website screen shot and take's into account things like competitors postage charge. We will always do our best to get it to you cheaper and faster than anyone else. Some conditions apply and may not apply to all products.

At the end of the day we want you to buy your stuff from us and as a retailer our job is to make sure you get not only the perfect product for what your doing but the best deal. Price is the easy part, let's get a new board!
