Installation Tips

Use proper tire levers to avoid bead damage—don’t force with sharp tools.
Apply a bead lubricant (or soapy water) for easier mounting.
Inflate gradually, checking that the bead seats evenly around the rim.
Recommended pressure: typically 18–20 PSI depending on rider weight and terrain.

Care Tips

Air Pressure = Grip & Range: Lower PSI (16–18) increases traction off-road but reduces range. Higher PSI (20–22) improves range and efficiency on pavement but may reduce grip on trails.
Check Pressure Weekly – Small drops in PSI affect handling and battery life.
Inspect Tread Wear – Replace when tread depth is low or center begins to flatten.
Store Correctly – Keep out of extreme temps to extend tyre life.
Clean After Trails – Remove dirt and gravel to protect tread and wheel system.

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We use priority express couriers to get your gear on the fastest route available. You’ll receive tracking via SMS or email as soon as your order leaves our store.

Express & Same-Day Delivery

Choose Express at checkout for faster delivery. In Melbourne Metro, we offer same-day delivery Monday to Saturday. Spend $500+ and get 2-hour delivery for $12 within 20 km of our store. Delivery outside 20 km starts at $60. Someone must be available to receive the delivery — it cannot be left unattended.
Note: Electric bikes are excluded from same-day delivery services.

Oversized Items & Electric Bikes

Items over 1 metre long ship via courier and require a signature — no PO Boxes. Electric bikes may include a shipping surcharge to outer WA and NT areas. E-bikes cannot be shipped internationally or by same-day courier.

Great upgrade from OG Pint

As a long-term OG Pint rider, I'm loving this as an upgrade: the extra range makes a big difference, and the speed bump is nice also. And given the minor price difference between S and X, the S is definitely the way to go: the larger (curved) footpads are much more reassuring to ride on (you can feel where your foot is etc...).
I took this down some MTB tracks, and when the terrain gets rough it feels a bit underpowered - I can see why you might want to go up to a GT if that's what you were after. But for flatish trail fun, or a way more interesting commute, I think this is hard to beat.

The mountain gods threw all sorts of conditions into the mix for last weeks debut of the Yuki jacket. Held up well during the enslaught of rain with no leaks. Had a couple of blue bird days and made good use of the ventilation zips - ran a bit warm but to be expected. Overall a high quality jacket which does the job
