Skateboard Lessons Have Been Postponed

Dear all our customers,

With  the current evolving situation in Australia with the Covid-19 virus we have had to take the position to postpone our skateboard lesson's on Saturday until further notice.  The safety of our staff and customer's are absolute the #1 priority and while the store remains open for the time being, we have introduced strict measures to keep everyone safe.

Twelve will stay open to help our customers as long as we are allowed.  A complete shutdown is inevitable but as a small business with a Team of staff we have decided to keep the doors open for the time being but with limitations, you can read about below.  Always check our social media accounts like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for daily updates.  Regardless if the doors are open we are always available to speak on the phone or by video chat to guide you through any advice or service issues.

Safety Is #1

Your safety and our staffs is the #1 priority.  When you enter our store we have hand sanitizer for you to apply as well as we are wiping down surfaces every 1/2 an hour, including wiping down our EFT machine after every use.  At this time we ask if you can, we would prefer no cash payments.  Also, very important, we are insisting we all keep a minimum of 1.5 metres apart.  So no high fives just have to throw a shaka.  We also will be limiting it to 2 customers per area at any 1 time. So max 2 upfront and 2 in snow.  We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable bottom line.
