Twelve Board Store Australia's premium board sports store.  We specialize in snowboarding, skateboarding, longboarding and electric skateboarding equipment and gear.  We are searching for a store person to manage our picking, packing and logistics. The role involves basic warehousing, order picking, packing as well as the shipping process.  You will work within a warehouse/store environment, and be required to quickly & efficiently pick, pack and process customer orders to ship daily.  Must have solid knowledge of snowboard and skateboard equipment.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

  1. Fully managing our shipping and logistics.  This includes packaging and shipping of instore and website orders
  2. Communicating with customers via email, message and phone
  3. Provide sales and customer service.
  4. All-round hustle. We're a young and growing business, and there's a lot to be done!

What we're looking for

  1. ENERGY! We're looking for someone who's able to make it happen and get it done.  Help us create solutions and improved workflow and have loads of initiative, creativity and flair.
  2. You will work within a warehouse/store environment, and be required to quickly & efficiently pick, pack and process customer orders to ship daily.
  3. Pack orders to company standard with a strong attention to detail and quality output.
  4. Maintain a clean, safe, efficient and positive working environment.
  5. You will need to have a passion for what we do.  We are a snowboard, skateboard and longboard store.  We need you to have a basic grasp on the products we sell.
  6. Experience.  Not necessary but you will be required to work quickly and efficiently, meet daily deadlines all the while meeting company standards.
  7. Flexibility.  Retail work involves weekend work, late-night shopping and working over the XMAS period.
