Order before 2pm and we guarantee to have your order shipped the same day.  We recommend choosing the EXPRESS option for guaranteed faster delivery.  See below for approximate shipping times to major cities.  For rural areas allow 2 to 4 extra days.

How long does it take to get me my order?

Everything in December takes a little longer.  All our orders and picked and shipped as a priority of course and all orders received before 1pm are booked for dispatch the same day.  We use a combination of Australia Post and nation wide couriers depending on the size of your package.  Keep in mind we can't ship anything over 100cm in length via Aus Post.

What is your Christmas Return Policy?

We want to make it as easy as we can for you.  Anything purchased from December 1st can be exchanged up to January 14th, 2024.  Just make sure you follow our Returns Policy.
